Spring/Summer 2010

When I began to create the Spring/Summer 2010 collection of Coracor, I wanted to achieve creations that were as colorful as the city of Istanbul. I dreamed about a collection that captures the endless amount of energy, emotions, and sensations that resemble the soul of that fascinating city. Similar to Istanbul nights, I wanted some of my designs to be elegant and sophisticated, yet so surprising and provocative; while the other designs to reflect the serene nature of Bosphorus and the energetic movements of Istanbul during day time. When I brought each piece into existence, I wanted it to echo the ironies of an amazing city in a perfectly harmonious way.

The unique “Colors of Istanbul” is an inspiration to those who enjoy the unusual and different. It is my belief that each piece in this collection will meet its owner who knows and enjoys creating her inspirational story.
